WolfCrossing.org YouTube Republican Debate Video
We decided to do it as the time clicked down to submit videos for the YouTube.com CNN Republican Debate.
We pulled some of the recent habituated wolf incidents and pictures and asked the question “Which is more important Human Rights or the Rights of an Endangered Species?” No music no talking just the hard cold facts.
Our video had to be short so we edited the long version 1:15 minutes down to close to the required 30 seconds. There are so many incidents where children have been put at risk so it was hard to choose and if something got left out I am sorry. I hope if our question does get selected that more awareness will be brought to the issue of releasing and protecting predators vs human rights and the rights of our children to be safe.
Please click and watch the short version as the more views to the video might help get our question more attention.

I live in Rural New Mexico. I grew up on a ranch and have been in the territory of wolves as a NM resident. However, I feel that if we continue to allow developers to move further and further into the territory of wild animals we will continue to have these problems. Especially in the drought ridden areas where the wolves come down looking for food. They are wild animals; WE are in THIER territory! What can you truly expect. This is survival instinct for them. If people oppose the wolf or any other wild “dangerous” species for that matter, than they need to stop inhabiting their territory. The city is a city for a reason.. That’s where you belong if you fear for the lives of your family. After all it is us as humans who have the reasoning to decide if we want to live in the suburbs or the wilderness… Its called a wilderness for a reason.
