When do wolves become dangerous to humans?
When Do Wolves Become Dangerous To Humans pdf
Valerius Geist, Professor Emeritus of Environmental Science, The University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
This guide is for those who wish to understand the true nature of wolves in order to protect themselves and their families from harm or potential harm.Â
Please download it and pass it around to your neighbors particularly if you live in an area where wolf problems have become the norm. Not one human life is worth it.Â
Do not take a chance based on government or special interest literature that claims wolves will not attack humans. There is no real evidence supporting that claim and as most reasonable people understand, it is not in a special interest groups adgenda’s to protect anyone. Keep in mind that it is in the best interest of both government and special interest to maintain the status quo even at the cost of human life.Â

I have been reading about the rather numerous attacks by rabid wolves
on dogs presently happening in Alaska. These attacks made me think
about something I wrote in my book, “Wolves in Russia: Anxiety Through
the Ages.” I refer to the first two paragraphs of my book on page 87,
Chapter 6, Wolf Attacks on Humans, and to footnotes number 1, 2, and 3
on pages 214 - 215.
Although these attacks by rabid wolves in Alaska have been on dogs, we
must remember how dangerous rabid wolf attacks are on humans. Russian
experiences showed that rabid wolves when attacking humans invariably
go for the neck, head and face. Bites from infected wolves on the
neck, head and face are especially dangerous because in these cases the
incubation period of the disease is sped up, and the disease proceeds
especially violently,
In the West we must learn from the long history of Russian experience
with wolves, and insure, that just in cast a rabid wolf attacks a
human, the unfortunate victim is treated for rabies as quickly as
possible. Remote villages in Alaska must insure they are and can
properly treat for rabid bites.

Thanks Will for that important info. Yikes neck and head.
I think so many of these special intrest groups and goverment wolf employees think of these wolves as their big fluffy dogs and not as the super predator that wolves really are.

Im right outside Sun Valley Idaho, a week ago there was a single wolf hanging around a place called Twin Creeks, inside of Elk Horn, This area is full of homes, multi-million dollar homes, The area of course is mountains and is a resort area, 45 miles south of the Sawtooth Wilderness, Im 25 miles south of Twin creeks, the snows are driving them down in to town now. In 96 both hunt units on either side of me had 7000 elk, now in 07 less then 1200. Idaho will soon start getting the same problems as New Mexico. I noticed 5-7 wolves tonight cruising by while walking with the dogs, I noticed something different tonight in that my dogs wouldnt get more than 25 yards from me, so I started looking about, and sure enough they are back, so far they only watched us. I suspected something was up, I can hear my eight horses stomping around 3:00am the last few nights, I get up and look around but nothing yet. Trouble is on the way, I can feel it. My gun is near the door. If this de-facto traitor commy government is going to let their dogs come after me, Im gonna stuff them dogs in a wheel barrow and send them on over to them fellers, enough is enough.

Be very afraid! Go back to the city where you belong. Its a dangerous world out here; better that you ease back into your easy chair in the “safe” city world. Commies have programmed wolves to take over country side. Liberal democrats have an alliance with aliens to destroy the American way of life. Run back to the city before its too late.
We’ll try to hold them off here in the wild before they can get into the safety of the cities. Lock up grandma and the kids; the wolves are coming! Panic, its the American way! I hear those wolves have WMD and khow how to use them. They’re also being planted by terrorists in black helicopters to steal the American way of life.
Run back to the city before its too late.

to folks out there that are worried when and if wolves will be dangerous to folks need only read the information available on 15 million plus hits when wolf attack is typed in. it is a matter of not “if ”
it is “when” an attack will occur and what value will be placed upon that life that was lost due to no management plan and a predator being allowed to reproducing at alarming rates. wolf attack has already been documented, a tragic life was lost in canada “the Carnagie student 2005. with the renewed increase in wolf populations and expansion over Minnesota, Wisconsin, & Upper Michigan and no management plan in control of this animal, sooner or later a fatal attack in the lower 48 is bound to happen, one problem i read in the guide and i know for fact, that is to keep eye contact, I was privilaged to have known Jim Whipper in negaunee MI who had a captive wolf pack, when bringing road kill to his place and marveling at the pack Jim gave me some guidelines to follow to not get the animals aggravated.
“do not stare them directly in the eyes as this is outright aggressive”
and a wolf wolf will respond in like, remember its his “territory” they will defend it, basically folks unless your packing some kind of weapon you have to handle this like any other wild predatory animal, I personally do alot of hunting and fishing here in the Upper Peninsula and will start carrying a 40 cal pistol starting in 2008 anytime i’m in the woods as our wolf population (currently est 509) put apx 6.3 wolf pack per county and growing unchecked and unmanaged, wolves will eat themselves out of house and home just like deer will destroy there own habitat if left unchecked. Hunters alone have done more for wildlife than any other group (read the Michigan DNR web reports)
To conclude the information that many DNR’s and groups are putting out is don’t worry its a fraction compared to lighting strike, my question is what value do you place upon a humans life compared to a animal?

Humans never belonged in cities in the first place. city folk are lazy, indoctrinated, selfish, helpless in the wild, clinging to illusion like velcro and laughing at reality, even making fun of it. The un-educated and worthless comment by wolfie is a prime example of stupid is as stupid does, not even aware of ones true symbolic, political, and religious surroundings and environment in America. obviously this fool could not recognize a De-jure Constitutional Republic, versus a De-facto 14th Amendment demock-racy socialist communist society in which he/she lives. enjoy those god-given by government priviledges slave, some day they may be gone, like the De-jure rights American’s once had are gone. And talking of fear, LMAO. fear of truth and reality is far worse than anything else on earth. Fear of wolves, LMAO. Wolves fear me. I would take some of these punks on a pack trip in the Wilderness, in fact I used to, some of my trips are 50-150 miles, like spending the summer crossing the Frank Church, north, then back south, alone with 3 head of stock. Alone because after years of guiding I can’t stand to listen to city people whine when they get tired and hungry, or cold. Those wolves prey test me, screw with my sleep, they are gettin to know me, so when the elk are gone they can decide to take that next step, and attack me or my stock, Oh well, Im gonna keep on packin and riden, when they decide Im lunch, Im gonna laugh and hope they bring it on good, I hate wussy’s that run after getting slapped, I hope they stay and finish the fight I know I will….
