Judge overturns will of the people

Wolves — again?
So, one person has decided that all the work done by thousands of Americans to establish the Canadian wolf in the northern Rockies is not good enough! Judge Donald Molloy does not want the three states to work their management plans that have been reviewed by multitudes of wildlife biologists and game managers.
He must have no faith in our U.S. Fish and Wildlife or the Department of the Interior. He must think the game departments of Montana, Idaho and Wyoming do not know their job. How about all the citizens who voiced their opinions during the comment periods?
Guess what, the people of this country are fast losing faith in our judicial system. These courts make decisions that make us shake our heads in wonder. We depend on the folks with experience to guide the program and then one person throws everything away!
Here is an alternative plan that might make everyone happy. In order to keep the wolf population at reasonable and workable levels in the Rockies, let’s trap the excess wolves and transplant them to other national parks. There are lots of these areas, large and small, scattered across our country.
So what if the wolves won’t stay where they are placed? So what if the wolves begin harassing people who live nearby? So what if the wolves kill domestic livestock and people’s pets? What is fair for the three wolf states is fair across the board. Let’s let everyone share in the responsibility of this so-called “endangered” species.
One day, even those with no common sense on matters such as this, including Judge Molloy, will walk into the grocery store and look at empty shelves and meat counters and delis. They will not understand the correlation between decisions from the court and no food.
If the esteemed judge had lost several thousand dollars from his livelihood, or his favorite horse, or the ability to hunt, or his pet dog, or the freedom to walk outside his own home without fear of an encounter, perhaps his decision would have gone the other way.
When are Americans going to insist that the courts become realistic? When are Americans going to hold our elected officials responsible for the laws they create with little thought to the unintended consequences? Judge Molloy has made a huge error in judgment and now we all have to pay the price!

It’s called taking a big bribe from Socialist interest groups wanting to kill hunting, private property rights, and any thing else related to independent free thought and individual hard honest work and effort which is the rural real American way of life as set forth by that document these groups so obviously hate and help government to destroy in the name of a one better socialist community for the good of all, themselves and not us, over our dead bodies some day if need be, except these little twits will hide from the fight and let commy tanks do it for them kinda like the way China does it to students who protest being forced to be like their “superiors” in that Nation do it, run them over with the tank, we all saw it those years ago. Thats Socialism driving that tank running down that kid, just watch, it will happen here one day. Thats their Will for themselves. I recognize a powder keg when I’m sitting on it, who has the match.

Greg, I have watched single judges overturn everything voters voted for over the last few decades. In California, federal judges overturned landslide decisions by voters on issues regarding property taxes, immigration laws, any many, many others. They scream and protest, but somehow the judges have the final say. Why do we bother having legislatures at the state and federal levels, and why do we bother having voting rights at the polls if a single left wing idiot can overturn years of work, and millions of dollars of preparation for legislation? They even overturn jury decisions and set dangerous criminals free to continue to prey upon children. The day is going to come when this nation will become vigilante and these judges will spill their own blood. God help us all when these “street judges” take over. You and I might be the next victims when the left decides the only way to shut us up is to “off” us.

Agreed, the plans for such and event are in the works, H.R. 1955, S.R. 1959. Hate crimes bills. And others I can’t think off at the moment. FEMA is a problem with gun confiscations at New Orleans and recently at a Tornado disaster site, This country is headed to full Communism with no velvet gloves worn by those in power positions, sooner than later. We really started down a slippery slope via the Red Amendment (14th) 1913 was a very damaging year with this European Bank getting set up, and guess who was Instrumental in that scam, Rockefeller. FDR really set in motion Socialism after the orchestrated 1929 crash and Great Depression, money had just dried up in that chaotic time, now these fools are printing it off like there is no end to a paper lie system, it will collapse soon, thus bringing forth the answer which will be the North American Union and the Stupor Highway, thus dissolving our Constitution and Bill of Rights and National Sovereignty, which must happen in order to bring forth global one world governance, by design of course.
Soviet dictator Nikita Khrushchev said of FDRs “New Deal” paradigm shift “We can’t expect the American people to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected in giving them small doses of Socialism, until one day they awaken to find that have Communism.”
World Communism has arrived, most are in denial of this, but it is true. Thus we have Judges behaving as Marxists and not Constitutionalist’s as you describe above, Rockefeller had their dirty hands in our public schools system as well via Marxist John Dewey, they started re-shaping American thought before Nikita made his famous comment.
Seems to me Jesus warned of this didn’t he with his parables to enlighten the heart, in this case, about our personal responsibility, Marxist methods are a bit coercive–rejecting God and annointing the state as the supreme deity. Again in 1868 God was set aside by those Red Republicans and they created a Deity, taking charge of all the states and dissolving Individualism and De-jure National Status to a subject status. Well the subjects are slowly awaking today to this scam, while others among us agree with it. They have placed their Judges in postions of anti-Constitutional dictation of law from a court bench, you know legislation from a court bench.
Yes no doubt I am headed towards the gallows in the coming years ahead at some point, I will never surrender my mind to these scum. And these blind fools calling themselves environmentalists will relish our silence and call out good riddance. Evil has become good in America and Good has become evil.
Do you all remember what marxist Bill Clinton said April 19, 1994, I do, I watched him say it, ” When we got organized as a country, we wrote a fairly radical Constitution with a radical Bill of rights, giving a radical amount of individual freedom to Americans, however there’s a lot of irresponsiblity today in this country and a lot of people say there’s too much personal freedom. When personal freedom’s being abused, you have to move to limit it.” Spoken like a true Marxist, eh.
Now Bush and Congress who are marxists have been crushing our foundations of Freedom, Liberty, and ignoring the will of the people. It’s almost over folks. couple years maybe, if we are lucky. Hope you like cabbage and beans, maybe some rice, and a Red Hearted Landlord taking over for a foreclosed bank via currency failure. The best part is the environmentalist extremists have been embracing their own destruction the loudest.
