   It has been my observation that the media do not know how to contact the rural people who have actual wolf experience. When they do know they seem to preferr to ignore their input and go with the Agency press release and environmental organization spin on the happenings in the program.

   This has changed somewhat with all the destruction that has been proven as of late, but one would think buzzwords like “apparently” and “might have” would have no place in a factual situation.
   When a wolf kill happens, or for that matter severeal kills happen that require management, one would think the animal would not benefit from media that gives it the benefit of the doubt and ignores the situation that it has put the people it affected in.

   The well being of the people in the areas occupied by wolves has ceased to matter in the eyes of the majority of the media. But hopefully the minority can still be counted on the report in an unbiased manner.

   the only thing is that people always think that it is a timber wolf because it if mans greatest enemy since centries ago. they never think of something else. for wolves rarely kill humans, and when they do it makes headlines and do the wolves care NO!

   Seems to me Shawn that the general public only hear that wolves seldom or never kill people even though it couldn’t be further from the truth. The mainstream media simply fell for the spin and don’t really go any further than that talking point.

   Facts are there is plenty of data out there to show wolves have killed and maimed people for a variety of reasons. The only reason it is rare in the North American continent the past 100 years is due to the fact that wolves were minimized where they can encounter people.

   We shall see a change in the Data again once people stop being vigilent in wolf occupied regions and in Canada, we already have. Wolves there have become more and more dangerous for a variety of reasons. I won’t pretend that every single one is a human death but there have been an increase in dangerous incidents attributed to wolves including one death.

   We spent $millions eradicating the wolf! Why? To protect our livestock, domestic animals, game, people etc…….
   Why do we let these enviros, fom their offices in New York and San Francisco, dictate what’s best for the west? Is there a $buck in it for them?? Hmmm…
   How about we reintroduce the Rats into the Cities to gnaw on the ghetto folk?
   The same problem was encountered when they reintroduced the Wolf into Yellowstone Park. Do you think the Wolf respected Park boundaries? No, they went to feed on the local livestock and were shot, as they should be. Ask the Idaho , Montana and Wyoming ranchers think of Wolf reintroduction in Yellowstone.
   They look cute on National Geographic but are an absolute menace to our way of life. Sorry folks, thats the way it is out West!
   I, for one, will shoot any and all Wolves that cross my path.

   Great Points Randy!

   Actually it is anyone that has to live (really live) with these wolves does not like them.

   When these unaware people bring up that it is “just nature”, I like to think about bird flu, flesh eating bateria, bugs in their food, fly in their soup, termites eating their home…just nature right.

   I hope there are others on the far west coast and far east coast that do understand what is going on. I hope there are more people like you that see through the spin.

   Gregory, Don’t give up on your great comments. I’ve had trouble in the last month or so posting comments too, but this is just too important an issue and situation to give up because of technical difficulties.

   People are suffering greatly and threatened constantly by the decisions made by people who seem to have divorced themselves from humane and compassionate behavior to sit watching their self created sleazy degenerate show like real sicko wackos. And they seem to be addicted to it! Avoidance, denial, and shifting of blame are classic psychological disorders propping up addictive behavior. This program swims in a soup of their own harmful disorders.

    Greg, please don’t make accusations against Laura for not posting your comments. I just received a personal email from her to the effect that she was having difficulties with the website and couldn’t even get her own stuff up on the site. Cool down, Greg. You seem to be posted more often than any other person making comments. We’ll see more of you as soon as the website is working. To accuse Laura of being linked to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services is not only cruel and ridiculous, but down right liable. Be careful what you say on this website. Abuse will get you permanently blocked, then we won’t be able to read your comments when you are making very good and worthwhile input. Don’t throw your freedoms away, or keep others from hearing what you have to say, just because of a childish temper tantrum!

    You’re right Cari, about Greg’s accusations against this sight. I’m sorry I didn’t catch that in my last comment - I have to use my computer very quickly lately due to technical problems here at home. He must have been having a hard day, but it’s hard to imagine anyone every accusing this sight of being an agent for the USFWS - nothing could possibly be further from the truth.

    MY TWO CENTS
    When will Americans say we have had enough ? What is it going to take ? how long is it going to take ?
    I am disgusted / apauled how the US Fish and Wildlife, US Forest Service, Our Game and Fish Departments, our Federal Government, have taken care of business at all…. Amazing how they have gotten away with all the things they have done from the spotted owl, to the Wolf, Spinedaced minnow to the frogs to the grouse in Wy.
    It seems like all the people and organizations that could do something about these wrong and obserd doings are afraid to stand up to them. Is it because of the money backing they have ? it is wrong for the American’s not to have a vote on what they do…
    Why isnt our US Forest service and Game and fish depts self funded? I bet they would be be cooking wolf for dinner, spotted owls for breakfast and buying ranchers cattle to put on Fed and State land… logging would be back in a instant. They would be feeding the frogs and minnows to the Enviros.
    Amazing how the US Forest service use to have to scale (measure) timber for resale, and take care of the grazing rights, and was done with just a few people, now there yards are full of trucks just sitting 9 months out of the year, just to have a few people ride around on fire patrol, Some of the biggest forest fires were started with in there own employees, and there offices are full of people/employees and for what ? they dont measure timber, not many grazing permits to speak of left,… WHAT DO THEY DO? WHY ARE WE PAYING THEM A ANNUAL SALARY FOR?

    Americans need to realize the U.N. is in control of these agencies;
    Forest service
    Fish and Wildlife Service
    State Fish and Game Agencies
    OUR MILITARY
    The FDA
    DEA
    FBI

    We have been taken over and those agencies do not serve we the people .

    They serve the Elites in control of this world.

    Do some research, it is obvious and in your face.
